If you have read any of my books or articles, or heard me speak on the radio or in a lecture, you know that I am obsessed with two things:  where our food comes from and how the people involved in its production were treated.  My fascination with this topic comes from my family’s experience in food production over three generations and for more than one hundred years in California.
